Audio Enhancement
I clean up unwanted noise, hum, clicks, and background disturbances. This includes noise reduction, restoration, corrective EQ, and subtle enhancement to bring clarity, warmth, and professionalism to vocals, dialogue, or instruments for your project.
Mixing
I take your raw tracks and blend them into a cohesive, balanced piece. This includes level balancing, EQ, compression, spatial effects, and creating depth so every element has its place and the song feels intentional and polished.
Mastering
The final step before release. I optimize the overall sound for loudness, clarity, and consistency across different playback systems — from headphones to club speakers — while preserving the dynamics and emotion of the mix.
About me
My name is Filip Sobkowski, based in Bern, Switzerland, originally from Poland.
My journey with audio started early, helping my father at local events including festivals, weddings, proms and theatre productions. Years of watching and assisting him with live sound gave me a strong foundation in understanding how audio works in real-world environments.
In 2012, I moved to London, where I joined several bands and also took on the role of live sound engineer during performances. Alongside music, years of working in pubs and restaurants helped me develop strong communication and people skills — something I value deeply when working with artists and clients.
In 2023, I graduated from the London School Academy, specialising in Mixing and Mastering. My learning was guided by a mentor whose work includes artists such as U2, Adele, Dua Lipa and Slash, giving me insight into professional mixing and mastering techniques used at the highest level of the industry.
Today, I focus on audio enhancement, cleanup and restoration and also mixing — helping transform recordings into clear and professional sounding audio, track and songs.
